Bob "Barking" Caine is the crime boss of east London and is the last of the crime bosses needed in Objective 2- Head of The Underworld. However, he won't go down without a fight.
Before you can find him on the island, he will send three waves of six Enemy Minions. They have the same approximate strength of a construction worker, along with being armed by a pistol. When the three groups of minions are eliminated, he will personally arrive and head to the conference table in the Inner Sanctum.
Once you begin the presentation of your evil plan he will be shrunk down with a ray that is later used to shrink the Eiffel Tower.
